●海藻を食べれば育毛に効果があると言われてきた. It has long been suggested that eating seaweed will help to restore one's hair.

●マッサージなどの頭皮への刺激は育毛を促進する. Massage and other forms of stimulation of the scalp encourage hair growth.

・養毛･育毛剤はいろいろ市販されているが, その効果が医学的に証明されているものはほとんどない. There are many hair growth products or hair tonics on the market, but virtually none of them have been medically proved to be effective.
